Chicken Masala Powder

A balanced blend of roasted whole spices ground fresh for chicken gravies, biryani and dry fry. Made with 100% natural ingredients and no added colour.

Ingredients

Coriander, red chilli, cumin, black pepper, turmeric, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, bay leaf, star anise, salt.

How to use

Add 1-2 teaspoons per 500g of chicken while the masala base is sautéing.

Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight.
