Mutton Masala Powder

Description

A robust, deep masala built for slow-cooked mutton. Bold pepper and clove notes stand up to long cooking without turning bitter.

Ingredients

Coriander, red chilli, black pepper, cumin, clove, cinnamon, cardamom, turmeric, bay leaf, salt.

How to use

Add 2 teaspoons per 500g of mutton along with onion and tomato base.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight.
